Day 1

The first witness in the trial is Senior Sgt Ewen Nicholas Manton Taylor, Officer in Charge of the Hendra Scenes Of Crime Unit

The second witness in the trial is Indooroopilly Police Station Sgt Murray Watson

The third and final witness for today is Sen-Constable Ashley Martin Huth, who works with the Brisbane Scientific section.

Day 2
10.30am: The fourth witness in the trial is Sgt Nicole Tysoe, who is stationed in the Scientific Section.

11am: the 5th witness Forensic pathologist Dr Nathan Milne

12.45pm: The seventh witness in the trial is Fiona Ellen Christ, who said she knew Allison Baden-Clay since 1996 and her husband Gerard Baden-Clay since about 1988.

12.55pm: The eighth witness is Anne Louise Swalwell, who knew Gerard Baden-Clay through the Brookfield State Primary School P & C in 2010.

2.30pm: The ninth witness in the trial is Karen Sheree Nielsen who said in April, 2012 she was a trainer and assessor in the real estate sector.

2.50pm: The 10th witness in the trial is Gabrielle Robyn Cadioli, who told the jury that in April, 2012 she worked as a receptionist at Westside Century 21 employed by Gerard Baden-Clay.

3.00pm: The 11th witness is Elizabeth Scully, a rental area coordinator who worked at Westside Century 21 as the office and maintenance manager for the property team.

3.10pm: The 12th witness is Kate Rankin who started working at Century 21 Westside in January, 2010.

3.15pm: The 13th witness in the trial is Monique Waymouth who worked at the Kenmore Saloon of Epic Hair Designs

3.30pm: The 14th witness is Wendy Mollah who said she met Allison Baden-Clay through Brookfield State School where their children attended class together.

3.50pm: The 15th witness in the trial is one of the Baden-Clay daughters, a 10-year-old, who will give evidence to the court through a pre-recorded video taken at the Indooroopilly police station on April 20, 2012.

4.30pm: The 16th witness in the trial was another of the Baden-Clay children, an 8yr old,  recorded at the Indooroopilly Police Station on Friday, April 20, 2012.

Day 3

 10.30am the 17th witness in the trial and the youngest daughter of the Baden-Clay family, who was aged five, on April 20, 2012.

12.50pm: The 18th witness to give evidence in the trial is Steve Courtney who lives at
Anstead.

12.55: The 19th witness is Kerry John Carey who lives at Anstead.

1pm: The 20th witness to give evidence in the trial is Fiona White who in April, 2012, lived at 22 Clarkson Place in Kenmore Hills.

2.53pm: The 21st witness is Susan Ann Braun who lived at 512 Brookfield Rd at Brookfield in April 2012.

3.15pm: The 22nd witness in the trial is Anne Marie Rhodes who lives at 5 Deerhurst St.  Brookfield.

3pm: The 32nd witness is Daryl Clifford Joyce who was kayaking in the Brisbane River near the area of Kholo Creek on April 30, 2012.

3.10pm: The 33rd witness in the trial is the woman Gerard Baden-Clay was having an affair with, Toni Cheri McHugh.

11.45am: The 35th witness in the trial is Life Resolutions psychologist Dr Lawrence Playfair Lumsden.

12.40pm: The 36th witness in the trial is Bardon Counselling Centre psychologist Rosamond Nutting.

1pm: The 37th witness in the trial is Relationships Australia relationships counsellor Carmel Ritchie.

3.50pm: The 38th witness is Constable Kieron Ash, who in April 2012 was stationed at the Indooroopilly police station.

4.10pm: The 39th witness in the trial is Constable Liam Braunberger who was stationed on general duties at the Indooroopilly police station in April, 2012.
